Plastic injection products, which are printed within Merkez Lighting, are component parts of our electrical and electronic products and are produced at high quality. The product collection process is carried out by pre-calculating the risks that may occur by carrying out the Design FMA and Process FMA preliminary studies of our interior and exterior lighting products and testing them in our own laboratory. An extensive R&D study is carried out as a result of field studies and product-specific evaluations of our wide customer network. After-sales product monitoring and aging tests are continued and the database is maintained for the types of defects.

 Plastic injection machines are generally planned according to the amount of power they have, by targeting efficient and quality products with work plan uploads. There are plastic injection machines with 120 to 400 tons of power in our machine park. Merkez Lighting carries out the plastic injection printing application of all kinds of engineering materials (pom, pc, ppma, pa, pbt, ps, pc/abs, abs, san etc.).
